1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Get Found website at get-found.co.uk ("Site") or engaging Get Found UK Ltd for digital marketing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
Get Found UK Ltd provides digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, conversion rate optimisation, web development, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work commences via a Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
3. Engagements and payment
- All engagements are rolling monthly contracts unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.
- Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Either party may terminate a rolling engagement with 30 days written notice.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for you (copy, designs, reports) become your property. Get Found retains rights to any pre-existing tools, templates, methodologies, and software used in delivering the services. We may reference your brand in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Limitation of liability
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side actions. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or revenue outcomes except where explicitly stated in a signed performance guarantee addendum.
Get Found's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
6. Website use
- You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
- All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and case studies — is owned by Get Found or its licensors and protected by UK copyright law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
